Paypal Manager Support
- After dealing with Paypal for 10+ years it reached a point of "why even try".
- Finding the right number to call for merchant support is the first hurdle.
- Customer service dpeartment has been moved around so many times that there might be not even one person left with 3+ years experience (and understand how Paypal worked a few years ago).
- Processing credit cards seemed to got cut to the bare bones: just processing the card. Pretty much you are fully in charge doing fraud filters, checking even "clean orders" as Paypal support has zero added value in any case I have experienced in 10+ years.
- To top it of they seem to do nothing with with the information regarding fraud provided by sellers. (free game for fraudulent "buyers")
Last but not least before I cancel the merchant plan and move to the competitor. Discount processing at 2.2% just was changed without any notice. Currently paying 4.4% for very reliable transactions (to excisting customers) in Australia. Tomorrow at the competitor for 3.15% with better service.

Unbelievable, whatever I buy - assuming it is an "A" brand - the support gets even further downhill. I call Canon as I have a simple question about looking at the images on the camera via the computer, the camera does not show on my computer. Let's ask a simple question. first answer we do not support that, nice just spend $1000 and they sh#t in my face.

Just spend $2000+ on the Web Design CS5 software. Dreamweaver Support on hold for 40+ minutes - November 29, 2010 - I had to hang up, same week they connected me oversees, with no common sense support. Horrible.
